Canandaigua, NY —

Criminal charges had been filed against former Ontario County District Attorney, R. Michael Tantillo, Esq., and two New York State Police Investigators, Miklos S. Szoczei II and Aaron B. Dake of Troop E Barracks, located at 1596 Rochester Road, in the Town of Farmington, Upstate NY on October 24, 2018 and additional charges alleging they committed Attempted Kidnapping in the 1st Degree, Kidnapping in the 1st Degree, Falsifying Business Records in the 1st Degree, Conspiracy in the 2nd Degree, and Tampering with Physical Evidence and more.

William Dean of Ionia NY said he is seeking through the Courts and People of the State of New York for an indictment to include several counts of Falsifying Business Records, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Scheme to Defraud, Attempted Kidnapping, Kidnapping, Perjury, Fraud, Conspiracy, Witness Tampering, and Enterprise Corruption. He said he has other investigations ongoing and is requesting agencies to assist him, but certain agencies are being uncooperative.

Dean said the evidence he has is overwhelming as to their guilt and the extent to which they are willing to go to fabricate evidence and obtain false convictions. He said the courts have not been forthcoming with the whole process and are supposed to follow the NYS Statutes and State and Federal Constitution.

He attempted to file charges in 2014–2015, the Farmington Town Court and Canandaigua City Court Judge, Hon. Stephen D. Aronson, CCH, agreed there was sufficient evidence when he had less than he has now, but the New York State Attorney General's Office, Assistant Attorney General in-charge Debra A. Martin of the then Rochester, NY Office and NYS Governor Andrew M. Cuomo, refused to proceed with the prosecution of the case and/or never responded to proceed with the charges in any of the courts. Therein the Court refused to file said charges because the Ontario County District Attorney's Office could not prosecute itself.

Dean said he sent a letter to the Unified Court System, Chief Administrative Judge, then Lawrence K. Marks, CAJ, seeking the appointment of a Special Prosecutor, but that he nor the Unified Court System ever responded to said request for more than three years.

Dean said he has now filed those criminal charges and an application was sent to the Ontario County Court (Superior) Court and to the Unified Court System Chief Administrative Judge Hon. Marks, disqualifying said Disrict Attorney's Office in Ontario County and appointing a Special District Attorney to investigate and prosecute all the charges in Ontario County. He said several charges have been filed in the Courts of Bloomfield, Victor, Farmington, Richmond, Hopewell, in Ontario County, and Macedon, and Lyons Town Courts in Wayne County, NY.

He said these three individuals could not have worked alone on this, and that others in the Ontario County District Attorney's Office and New York State Police did know or should have known what has been going on. You don't do this for years and no one knows.
